Cancellation Policy for xCloudBot Services

Thank you for using xCloudBot services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your rights and obligations when cancelling your xCloudBot service subscription.

  1. Subscription Cancellation:
    • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription to xCloudBot services at any time. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • Auto-Renewal: Your xCloudBot subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You will not receive a reminder before any auto-renewal charge.
  2. How to Cancel:
    • To cancel your subscription, please do so via your Paypal account.
    • Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team at members@xcloudbotcom for assistance with the cancellation process.
  3. No Refunds:
    • All payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
  4. Service Availability After Cancellation:
    • After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged further, but you are responsible for all charges already incurred.
  5. Account Deletion:
    • Upon cancellation and after the end of the last billing cycle, you may request the deletion of your xCloudBot account and data. Please note that some information may remain in our archives in compliance with legal obligations.
  6. Changes to Services or Prices:
    • xCloudBot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, and xCloudBot will not be liable to you or any third party should it exercise such rights.
  7. Changes to Cancellation Policy:
    • xCloudBot may at any time, without prior notice, change this cancellation policy. Any changes will be effective immediately for new subscribers and, following a reasonable notice period, for current subscribers.
