Backing The Loser

Progressive

This plan aims to make Target Profit on every win and recover all previous Loss. So stake is calculated to win Total Profit + Loss. You should keep your Target Profit relatively small, around 1% of bank, to make sure this plan will not bust your bank after several consequent losses. Note that with this plan stakes may grow very fast.

To avoid very large stakes you can set Reset Limit. This is the maximum number of losses in the row. After this limit is exceeded, your losses will be reset to zero and cycle starts again.

Max Bet Liability helps to control stake size. Bets will be truncated to match this liability even if there is big loss to recover.

You can see your current number of losses in Loss Number indicator. After a win, all losses will be cleared. This plan includes into a stake your Betfair commission.

The staking plan lays a custom series of stakes, moving one step forward after every losing lay and returning to 1st stake after every winning lay. It is similar to Fibonacci staking plan, but instead of predefined Fibonacci numbers you can set a custom series.

Stake is a base stake that will be multiplied by numbers from your series. The stake also can be set as Percentage Of Bank by enabling the option.

Series is your numbers that will be used to calculate stakes. Numbers must be separated either by comma (,) or by space. They may contain decimal numbers. Examples:
1,3,6.5,10,15,20.5
1 3 6.5 10 15 20.5

Index displays current step in the Series. Resulting stake is calculated as Stake x [Current number from Series].

Step down on win and Step down on lose tell the bot how many places in the Series it should move after a winning and losing bet respectively. If you set Step down on win at 0, the bot will revert back to first number in the Series after every winning bet.

Up-Down

This plan is similar to Dalembert, but much more flexible in the way that you can specify how to increase or decrease your stakes every win or lose.

Win step defines how to change the Multiplier of your Stake after a winning lay (losing horse). If Win Step is a positive value, the Multiplier will be increased after a win. If it’s a negative, the Multiplier will be decreased. Lose Step is similar. You can specify positive and negative values in both win and lose steps.

The amount to bet will be calculated as Stake x Multiplier. To avoid very large multipliers, set the Limit. It is the upper border for Multiplier.

It is possible to define Stake as Percentage of Bank by ticking the option.

You can also use fractional numbers for Win Step, Lose Step and Limit. Say, it can be -0.2, 1 and 5.50.
