Back staking plan
(Back) Up-Down
Like D'Alembert but you choose the step: how much the multiplier moves after a win and after a loss, up or down.
Up-Down changes a multiplier after every bet by amounts you set, and stakes the base stake times the multiplier. Because both steps can be positive or negative, it covers D'Alembert, reverse D'Alembert and anything in between.
Parameters
- Stake: the base stake. Tick Percentage Of Bank to make it a percentage of the bank.
- Win Step: how much to change the multiplier after a win. Positive raises it, negative lowers it.
- Lose Step: the same after a loss.
- Limit: the highest the multiplier can go.
- Multiplier: the current multiplier (read-only).
Steps and the limit can be fractions: −0.2, 1 and 5.5 are all valid.
Example
Win step −2, lose step 1.
| Stake | Multiplier | Bet | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | 1 | 2 @ 2.50 | Lost |
| 2 | 2 | 4 @ 3.10 | Lost |
| 2 | 3 | 6 @ 2.30 | Lost |
| 2 | 4 | 8 @ 2.20 | Won |
| 2 | 2 | 4 @ 3.00 | Lost |
| 2 | 3 | 6 @ 1.90 | Won |
| 2 | 1 | 2 @ 3.00 | Won |
| 2 | 1 | 2 @ 2.10 | Lost |
Enable Consequential betting on the Settings page so the plan knows the last result before it works out the next stake, and use one selection per race.
