1. Software Subscription

xCloudBot is a cloud-based software platform for automating betting activity via the Betfair Exchange API.

Your subscription payment is for access to the xCloudBot software platform only.

Any systems, strategies, selections, AI models, examples, statistics, or integrations included within the platform are provided as software functionality only and do not constitute betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, or guaranteed-profit services.

2. No Guarantees

Betting involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. xCloudBot does not guarantee profits, winnings, returns, strike rates, or specific outcomes.

You understand that all betting activity carries the risk of financial loss and you are solely responsible for all betting decisions and staking settings used within the software.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service and instant access provided after purchase, all payments are final and non-refundable.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time, change of mind, betting losses, failure to use the software, account closure, PayPal cancellation errors, or dissatisfaction with betting outcomes.

4. Free Trial

New users may receive a 3-day free trial. After the free trial, the chosen subscription continues at the advertised monthly rate unless cancelled before billing begins.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription through PayPal if you do not wish to continue after the free trial.

5. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through PayPal before the next billing date.

You are responsible for managing your own subscription and cancellation settings. Cancelling future PayPal payments stops future billing but does not create a refund for previous payments.

6. Longer Upfront Plans

Where 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month upfront plans are purchased, access is provided for the paid period. These upfront payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.

7. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your betting activity, staking decisions, Betfair account, balance, risk settings, and use of the software.

xCloudBot is software only and does not place bets without your configured settings, account connection, and authorisation.

8. Account Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, misuse of the platform, attempted unauthorised access, or behaviour that threatens service stability.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to xCloudBot, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, Betfair API issues, internet disruptions, or other technical issues may affect access or performance.

10. Responsible Gambling

xCloudBot is intended for users aged 18 or over. Gambling can be addictive. Please gamble responsibly and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
