Auto-Place Your Tips on Your Subscribers' Betfair Accounts
For tipsters and system builders. You post the selections, xCloudBot puts them on for every subscriber you've given access to.
Every tipster knows the problem. Your results are only as good as your subscribers' ability to get the bets on. Some are at work, some miss the email, some get a worse price, and then they tell you your service doesn't make money.
xCloudBot was built to fix exactly that. You post your selections to your own tipster profile, and they're placed automatically on each subscriber's own Betfair account. You stay in control of who gets them.
How it works
- You get a tipster profile in xCloudBot. Fill it whichever way suits you: add selections by hand, import them from a CSV with a minimum and maximum price for each, or let one of your own systems feed it automatically (more on that below).
- You decide who has access. Your subscriber list sits in your profile. Add someone, give them a start and end date, and remove them when they stop paying you.
- Subscribers tick "auto download". Your selections load into their system every day and are placed on their own Betfair account, with their own staking plan and limits.
- Record the results. Mark each selection won, lost or no bet, so the record sits alongside the tips.
Run a system? It can feed your profile by itself
If your selections come from rules rather than a notebook, build the system inside xCloudBot. Turn on Tips from system and it copies that system’s selections into your tipster profile automatically, checking every few minutes. From there they flow straight into every subscriber’s bot.
So the whole chain runs without you: your system picks, your profile publishes, your subscribers’ bots place the bets. You can try the system in simulation mode before anyone pays for it.
Why tipsters use it
- Your subscribers' results match yours. Every selection goes on, on time, whether they're at their desk or not.
- Win bets can go on at BSP. That makes your quoted results something subscribers can actually reproduce, instead of chasing early prices.
- You never touch anyone's money. Each subscriber's funds stay in their own Betfair account. You just supply the selections.
- You keep your own business. Keep charging for your service however you do now. xCloudBot is the delivery, not the shop.
- Nothing to install, for anyone. It runs on our servers, so neither you nor your subscribers need a PC left on.
Lay systems, back systems, horses and dogs
Selections can be back or lay, on horse racing or greyhounds. Each subscriber chooses their staking from 48 plans, sets their own odds limits and stop-loss, and can try your service in simulation mode first. Those are the only sports xCloudBot covers, so it suits racing and greyhound tipsters.
Or let us build the whole pipeline for you
Plenty of tipsters have rules that work but still do everything by hand: pull the cards, run the numbers, post the picks, chase results. If that's you, we can automate the lot. Your filtering stays yours. We build everything around it.
- Data in. We pull the data your rules need each day, from the sources you already use, such as a form or ratings service you subscribe to, Betfair market data, or your own spreadsheets.
- Your rules run. Your selection rules are applied automatically, exactly as you'd apply them yourself.
- Upload to xCloudBot. The day's selections go into your tipster profile without you touching them.
- Out to your subscribers. Everyone on your list gets them in their own bot.
- Bets placed. Each subscriber's bot places the bets on their own Betfair account, with their own staking.
It's the same kind of setup we use to run our own systems every day. You get your mornings back, and your subscribers get every selection on time, even on the days you're busy.
Every pipeline is different, so we price it per job, depending on where the data comes from and how involved your rules are. Tell us how you pick now and we'll give you a quote.

Ask about a pipeline buildGetting set up
Anyone can become a tipster on xCloudBot. You need an xCloudBot account, and we set up a named tipster profile tied to it. That takes 24 to 48 hours, because we create each profile by hand.
Discounted rates for tipsters and their subscribers. If you're bringing subscribers who just want your selections automated, we'll do you a better deal than our standard prices. Tell us roughly how many people you'd bring and we'll sort it out.
Questions tipsters ask
Do my subscribers need their own xCloudBot account?
Yes. Each subscriber connects their own Betfair account to their own xCloudBot account, and your selections are placed there. That's what keeps their money in their hands, not yours.
Can I stop someone getting my tips?
Yes. You control the subscriber list on your profile, with a start and end date for each person.
Can I upload selections in bulk?
Yes. Import them from a CSV, add them one at a time, or have one of your xCloudBot systems feed your profile automatically.
How long does it take to get started?
24 to 48 hours. We set up a named tipster profile tied to your xCloudBot account, then you can start adding subscribers.
Can subscribers use different stakes?
Yes. Everyone sets their own staking plan, odds limits and stop-loss. The selections are yours; the staking is theirs.
Can you automate how I pick my selections too?
Yes. We can build the whole pipeline: pulling the data, running your rules, uploading to your profile and getting the bets placed for your subscribers. You keep your rules; we quote per job.
