Subscription and billing
How the free trial, PayPal billing, plan changes and cancellation work.
xCloudBot is billed through PayPal. You choose a plan and a billing term on the pricing page, PayPal sets up the subscription, and your login details arrive by email.
The free trial
Every plan starts with a three-day free trial with full access, whichever billing term you choose. Nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you cancel the PayPal subscription before then, nothing is charged at all.
Plans and terms
- Standard, £40 a month: your own selections by CSV, tipster copying, all 48 staking plans, simulation mode, and the Andys Lays and FormBreaker systems.
- Premium, £50 a month: everything in Standard plus Betty Lays, Gap 7, Gap 10 and Gap 12, and help with stake configuration from support.
- Pay for 3, 6 or 12 months up front and the monthly rate is lower. The current prices for each term are on the pricing page.
There are no hosting fees or platform charges on top. The subscription is for the software; the included systems are software features, not a tipster service, and you set every stake yourself.
Renewals
PayPal renews the subscription automatically at the end of each term, and the Main page in the bot shows the date your subscription next renews. Invoices and payment details are managed in your PayPal account.
Cancelling
Cancel future payments at any time in your PayPal account: log in to PayPal, open the xCloudBot subscription under automatic payments, and cancel it. That's the quickest route and it takes effect immediately. You keep access until the end of the term you've already paid for. If you'd rather we did it, email help@punthub.co.uk from the address on the account; that can take up to 24 hours.
Payments aren't refundable once access has been granted, so if you're not continuing, cancel before the renewal date rather than after it. The full terms are on the terms page.
Changing plan
To move between Standard and Premium, or change your billing term, email help@punthub.co.uk first and we'll tell you the simplest way to do it without losing the systems you've already set up.
