Included systems and tipster copying
The part of xCloudBot that isn't in a standard Betfair bot: switching on a system that comes with your plan, following a tipster's profile, and what you still control.
Most bots are empty when you log in. xCloudBot comes with systems already on the record at PuntHub, and any tipster can run a profile on it that their subscribers follow. Either way the selections arrive in your system every day and the bot places them with your stakes and your rules.
What comes with each plan
| System | Type | Plan | Record |
|---|---|---|---|
| Andys Lays | Lay selections | Standard and Premium | Every bet on the public record at PuntHub |
| FormBreaker | Our own systems, in testing | Standard and Premium, while in testing | Not yet on the public record |
| Betty Lays | AI model that picks horses to lay | Premium | Bet-by-bet record on PuntHub |
| Gap 7, Gap 10, Gap 12 | Win bets, placed at Betfair SP | Premium | Month-by-month results on PuntHub, straight from xCloudBot |
The records include the losing runs. Read them before you switch anything on, and read how to read a tipster's results if you're not sure what to look for.
Switching on an included system
- Open one of your systems (System1, System2 or System3). Use an empty one, or clear a used one with Delete all on the Races page; one source of selections per system keeps things clean.
- On the System page set the Bank and the Betting mode. Simulation first. Save changes.
- On the Tipsters page, select the system you want to follow, tick Auto download tips and click Save.
- On the Staking Plan page choose a plan and a stake. Level Stakes (back or lay to match the system) at a small stake is where to start; the published records are at level stakes.
- On the Settings page set the odds limits, bet timing and stop settings you want. For the Gap systems, tick Place bets at BSP: their record is kept at Betfair SP, so that's the price that matches it. For the lay systems, a bet time close to the off keeps you near the prices in the record. See System settings.
- Click Activate Betting.
From then on the day's selections load into the system on their own, usually soon after 11:00 UK time, and the bets go on at the time you set. On a day with no selections, nothing happens.
Following a tipster's profile
Any tipster can put their selections into a profile on xCloudBot. To follow one:
- Find the tipster's profile and request access. The tipster decides who gets their selections, and whether they charge for it is between you and them.
- Once they've approved you, the tipster appears on the Tipsters page. Tick Auto download tips and Save, as above.
- Set your own staking plan, limits and settings. The selections are theirs; the stakes and the rules are yours.
What you still control
Following a system or a tipster hands over one thing: the selections. Everything else on the system is yours, and it's applied to those selections exactly as it would be to races you loaded yourself:
- the staking plan and the stake;
- minimum and maximum odds;
- when the bet goes on, down to the second before the off;
- whether to bet at Betfair SP or the live price;
- stop at a profit, a loss, or a number of winning or losing bets for the day;
- pausing the whole thing with Stop Betting, or setting the system to inactive.
Nobody at xCloudBot places bets for you or sets your stakes. The included systems are software features, not betting advice or a tipster service, and past results don't guarantee future ones. If you're on Premium and want a second pair of eyes on your stake set-up, email help@punthub.co.uk; that help is part of the plan.
Running a tipster service yourself
If you have selections of your own and subscribers who want them placed automatically, you can run a profile on xCloudBot: you load the selections once, every subscriber you've given access to downloads them into their own bot, and the bets go on with each subscriber's own staking. There's a discounted rate for tipsters who bring subscribers, and a done-for-you option where we build the whole pipeline. It's all on Tipster automation.
